So Tired

I totally screwed up my sleeping schedule while I was at home over the weekend. Taking late naps and being up half the night is not good. I fell asleep at 8 pm yesterday with a major headache and ended up waking up at about 1:30 am with my head hurting more than it did when I fell asleep. I ate some goldfish crackers from my closet, took some excedrin, and then when that didn't kick in fast enough I pulled out my phone, turned the brightness all the way down, and looked up pressure points to stop headaches. They helped a bit but it still took about an hour until it was completely gone. I was wide awake after that so I spent 2 hours on my laptop and finally went to bed around 3:30 or 4 am. I then woke up at 8:30. I am so glad it is tuesday and I only had one class in the late afternoon because today was just miserable. 

My sleep schedule is still messed up so I ended up falling asleep around 7 pm tonight and waking up around 8:30 pm. Who knows when I'll fall back to sleep... This is a serious problem.
