Let's Do This! Quick Workout

Good morning, lovelies! 

I'm leaving for school today (AHHH!!!) and it's going to be mighty busy but I wanted to share a quick workout I put together before I leave!

I love running and Pilates, specifically blogilates, and those are usually my go-to forms of exercise but sometimes I just don't have the time for those and I want something faster. When this happens I either find a circuit workout on the internet, usually pinterest or google images, or I will make one up.  I love these kinds of workouts because they get your heart pumping and your body really moving in small amounts of time. They are also great because they give you both cardio and strength training. 

If you can only do it once then do it once but if you can repeat it then you will obviously get a better workout. Have fun!
